High accurate hydraulic scale
Simple installation procedures
No manifold block, only a pressure sensor installed on a hydraulic line on the forklift. A speed bar is installed against the mast, with magnetic sensors that measure lifting speed.
Accurate scale
Lifting, then lowering the load along the speed bar provides an accurate weight of the load, averaging the influences of asymmetric load distribution.
Highly intuitive
The 5200 indicator with full colour 5" touch screen makes calibration easy by guiding the technician through the procedure. The user friendly instrument only shows those function keys that are relevant to the ongoing operation of the scale.
Easy export of data
The 5200 indicator has a USB port and wireless connectivity to export data to another device. Additionally, the RAVAS app can download data from the 5200 instruments and send it via email.
