RAVAS Care is offered at three different levels: Platinum, Gold, and Silver. The Platinum level includes all plan options including 100% Repair Parts and Consumables Discount and System Replacement Discount. The Gold and Silver levels include reduced services and discounts. Without a RAVAS Care plan only a 12-month Manufacturers Defects Coverage is available.
On-Call Service
On-Call service technician traveling to your location within 72 hours of claim initiation.
On-Site Labor
All repair or diagnosis services rendered on the scale that is not in relation to the standard Manufacturers' Defects Coverage.
NTEP Certification
Scale tested and sealed with NTEP-certified seal (legal for trade). This service is rendered at a rate of (1) time per (12) months of coverage purchased.
Installation
Installation of the scale for initial use or in full replacement scenarios.
Calibration
Scale calibration upon initial installation or in full replacement scenarios. This service is rendered at a rate of (1) time per (12) months of coverage purchased.
Preventative Maintenance
One (1) Preventative Maintenance visit per 12 months of coverage purchased. Common wear/binding points are checked/serviced, and the scale calibration is verified.
Manufacturers Defects Coverage
Twelve (12) month factory coverage against manufacturing or workmanship defects. This applies to RAVAS product only. Third-party electronics or attachments are not included in this coverage.
Repair Parts & Consumables Discount
Based on the coverage package purchased, this discount percentage is applied to all repair parts needed, incidental or during preventative maintenance, that wouldn't otherwise be covered under the Manufacturers' Defects Coverage (for the duration of the purchased coverage package).
System Replacement Discount
Based on the coverage package purchased, this discount percentage is applied to fully replace the system if damage exceeds the repairable limit.
*This discount can only be applied once for every 72 months of coverage purchased.
