Finance Employee

• You have a good administrative and financial background. Activities such as entering invoices, making sales invoices and entering bank statements are not unknown to you.
• Having 'your affairs in order' and working accurately and insightfully are second nature to you.
• You have an Mbo education in a financial field;
• Experience with processing financial data in a production environment;
• Good knowledge and skills in Excel;
• Experience with ERP systems. Exact Globe and Synergy is an advantage;
• Good command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing. Knowledge of German, Spanish or French is an advantage.Able to work independently and possesses a strong sense of responsibility;
• Tackler, team player and analytical.
• Punctual, stress resistant and accurate.

As a Finance Employee, you will be responsible for managing the financial administration for the entire organization.

• You also deal with the financial administration for various foreign entities.
• You perform administrative tasks, such as entering invoices, making sales invoices and entering bank statements.
• Collecting and recording data of a financial administrative nature is not unknown to you. Banking, sales and purchase administration, accounts receivable management and preparing reports are part of your duties.
• The work also includes performing checks and recording and entering data for the monthly closing. You do all this to support the business operations.
• In addition to the regular administrative, controlling and reporting tasks, you identify improvement opportunities and discuss these with colleagues.

You do not do this alone, but in a team of four colleagues! The Finance department consists of a business controller, accounting coordinator USA and 4 financial employees
