New: RAVAS iPT Essential and Weigh in Motion technology

The RAVAS iPT Essential is a new generation hand pallet truck that ergonomically delivers accurate weight determination. The hand pallet truck comes standard with the RAVAS System Care Package, allowing users to benefit from extras such as gravity adjustment, force transducer failure warning and overload warning.  

The RAVAS iPT Essential assures accurate weight determination of up to 2,000 kg, with a scale section of 0.5 kg to 1 kg. Moreover, weighing multiple pallets becomes much easier thanks to the totaling function with sequence number.   

The innovative e-paper display on the handle is easy to read from different angles and reduces eye strain. Bending down or leaning forward is a thing of the past. The hand pallet truck is also more sustainable: the very low power consumption means that, on average, it is only necessary to recharge the batteries once every 6 months. This makes the RAVAS iPT Essential is extremely suitable to improve processes of logistics and industrial companies.   

While the forklift is in motion, the RAVAS iCP-WiM 2500's innovative Weigh in Motion technology ensures accurate and reliable weight determination. Real-time weight monitoring eliminates the need for the forklift driver to perform any additional actions and eliminates the need to stop to weigh. This makes working in the warehouse safer and more efficient. It eliminates unnecessary transport movements and manual work, and prevents over- or underloading of the truck.     

The accurate weight information can be used directly for inventory management, quality control and invoicing based on actual weight. In addition, seamless integration to TMS, WMS or ERP systems is possible. This enhances the weight recording process, improves inventory accuracy and facilitates data-driven decision making.
