Along with service requests, we also fulfill RMA services that follow a similar protocol to that of the above step by step process. Inquire today for more information, and we will make an estimation of the service necessary and send you a quotation for your approval.

Warranty

RAVAS offers a 1 year warranty period on mobile weighing systems and 3 months on batteries.
