Way to work faster

Before Pick by Weight solutions, order picking was a separate process followed by the packaging and a final check, both in different locations. The product was placed in a cardboard box, operators reviewed it to see if it was picked correctly, and then the box was weighed on a stationary floor scale as a final check.

There is so much wasted time.

With Pick by Weight solutions, a big empty box is placed on the forks of the truck. During the order picking, the product is placed in the box. At the end of the process, the box is sealed and packaged, thus canceling two steps performed at two different locations. You can imagine the time this saves.

The Pick by Weight solutions creates an efficient order picking process. Operators perform less lifting and experience better ergonomics during their work. Furthermore, our indicators provide clear and legible messages that appear on the scanners, which significantly facilitates the work and eliminates human errors.
