About the position

What will you do?

In this role, you will ensure that RAVAS complies with all laws and regulations surrounding product design and certification. This does not mean you need to know everything-we believe in growth and development. Together we will build on your expertise and ensure that you become the specialist in the field of compliance and product improvement. Your duties include:

  • You will become (or already are) the go-to person within RAVAS when it comes to CE markings, OIML/NTEP and ATEX compliance. We'll help you build your knowledge and develop yourself in this area;
  • You will play a key role in improving QHSE and ESG performance within the supply chain. Think about topics such as declaration of origin, REACH, RoHS and corporate social responsibility with suppliers;
  • You analyze product requirements and translate them into concrete improvements and actions within RAVAS, so that we always stay one step ahead. In this you get the space to learn and gain experience;
  • We support you in keeping abreast of the latest developments in legislation and regulations, so that you can apply this knowledge and help RAVAS grow in this area;
  • Sales and other departments count on your knowledge for compliance issues and client questions. You provide them with expert advice, and we help you to become stronger in this;
  • You encourage colleagues to make the right choices regarding safety and compliance and actively contribute to product development and improvement;
  • You ensure that our products have the correct certifications and meet the latest safety requirements, including performing risk analyses.

About you

What do you bring?

  • You are available 32 - 40 hours per week.
  • You have HBO working and thinking level;
  • At least 2 years of work experience in a similar international position;
  • Excellent command of Dutch and English;
  • Skilled with computers; experience with Exact Synergy & Globe is a plus;
  • Quality-oriented and meticulous, with an eye for procedures;
  • Customer and service oriented with a proactive attitude;
  • Responsible, organized and good at setting priorities;
  • Team player who is stress resistant and accurate.
